The H15 Dual runs two algorithms concurrently rather than switching between them - roughly 15 TH/s of SHA-256 and 1.08 GH/s of Scrypt from one chassis on about 500 W. In practice that means one machine, one power cord and one network port covering both the Bitcoin and the Litecoin/Dogecoin side of a setup.
Each algorithm gets its own pool configuration, so the two halves are managed independently. Harlo OS is pre-installed and reports both hashrates separately.
