Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments on an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection. Card details never touch our systems and are not stored by us.
What we accept
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- Digital wallets and express checkout — Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
The complete, current list is always the one displayed at the checkout for your order, since availability can depend on your device, your browser and your card issuer. The icons in our footer are generated from the live checkout configuration, so they always match what is actually accepted.
Currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We ship within the United States only, so no currency conversion applies.
Tax
Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
When you are charged
Payment is taken at checkout. For pre-order and batch items, payment is also taken at checkout, which is what reserves your place in the batch — the product page states the estimated ship date. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Security
- Every page is served over HTTPS.
- Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant and handled entirely by our payment provider.
- We never see or store full card numbers, and we will never ask you for card details by email or phone. If anyone does so claiming to be us, it is not us — please report it to customercare@bitaxedeploy.com.
Failed or declined payments
Declines are decided by your bank, not by us, and we are not told the reason. Check the card details and billing address match your statement exactly, confirm the card allows online purchases, and try an alternative method. If it still fails, contact your bank — and tell us, so we can hold stock while you sort it out.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue them within 10 business days of approving a return; how quickly the money appears afterwards depends on your bank, commonly a further 5 to 10 business days. See our Refund Policy.
