Canaan Avalon Nano 3S - 6 TH/s Bitcoin Miner and Heater
Canaan Avalon Nano 3S - 6 TH/s Bitcoin Miner and Heater
Canaan built the Nano 3S to be two things honestly: a 6 TH/s Bitcoin miner and a small heater. The hot-air circulation is designed rather than incidental, so the waste heat is directed into the room instead of just leaking out of a vent.
At about 140 W it is a modest heater and a modest miner, which is the point - it is quiet, it is small, and in a cold room the energy does two jobs. Canaan are one of the longest-established ASIC manufacturers, and build quality reflects that.

Safety and intended use
This is specialised computing hardware for hobbyist and enthusiast use. It generates continuous heat and requires unobstructed ventilation, a suitable electrical supply and a stable surface clear of flammable material. It is not a household appliance and is not intended for use by children. Confirm that your circuit can carry the load continuously before installing, and never obstruct the intake or exhaust.
Mining hardware is sold as equipment only. Network output depends on factors outside our control — network difficulty, pool selection, firmware configuration, ambient temperature and your electricity tariff — and we make no representation about financial returns of any kind. Please read our Risk Disclosure before purchasing.
