The Mini 3 is a serious dual-purpose machine: 66 chips on a 4 nm process giving 37.5 TH/s, with the 800 W of waste heat deliberately channelled as room heating. Canaan quote around ten minutes to warm a room.
Noise runs between 33 and 55 dB depending on load, which is low for the hashrate class. If you are heating a space anyway through winter, running this instead of a conventional heater uses the same electricity for two outputs. Check your circuit: 800 W continuous is substantial.
