One BM1370 chip, one small fan, roughly 32 W at the wall - quiet enough to sit on a desk in a room you actually use, and cheap enough to run continuously without thinking about the electricity bill.

It is a learning machine as much as a mining machine. The firmware is open, the web dashboard shows you exactly what the chip is doing, and you can point it at a pool or at your own node. Many people buy one to understand how the protocol works before deciding whether to scale up.

At a glance

Single BM1370 ASIC, roughly 1.8 TH/s

About 32 W - low enough to run 24/7 on a desk

Quiet single-fan cooling

Open-source firmware and hardware

Built by BSB on the open Bitaxe design

Key specifications

Hashrate

1.8 TH/s

Algorithm

SHA-256

Power draw

32 W (typical, at the wall)

Noise

~45 dB

Connectivity

Wi-Fi

Brand

BSB

Figures are manufacturer specifications at factory settings.
